Our focus is on turning properties into experience-driven destinations. We bring together hotel operations, revenue planning, and guest experience to help properties grow in a steady and practical way.

Virender Bhardwaj The Founder

Led by Virender Bhardwaj, the business draws from over 15 years in hospitality. His work spans operations, brand building, and revenue management. He has been part of 11 hotel projects. Not as an external advisor, but as someone involved in how properties are planned, set up, and run. His experience includes working with brands such as: Centara Boutique Collection Langham Hospitality Group Tamara Leisure Experience Radisson Hospitality

This brings a clear understanding of how hospitality works on the ground. Not just in strategy, but in execution.

Divya Gautam The Co-founder

The Doyen Hospitality has also flourished under Divya Gautam, the Co-founder. Divya brings structure and long-term thinking to the business. With a background in law, she approaches hospitality with a strong focus on systems, clarity, and detail. Her interest in hospitality and product development is reflected in how projects are shaped. From building processes to improving consistency, her work supports how operations are planned and sustained. She focuses on keeping things organised and aligned. Clear documentation.
